Mandate’s Submission to Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment on Collective Bargaining
Tuesday 13 May 2025Mandate had made its submission entitled Promoting Collective Bargaining to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment Public Consultation. The objective of this consultation is to gather views from relevant stakeholders in relation to the possible content of Ireland’s national action plan and how Ireland can progressively increase and promote collective bargaining.
In addition to Collective Bargaining, the report covers important issues such as the Adequate Minimum Wages Directive, the Changing Nature of Employment, the Impact of Changing Work Patterns, Shifting Employer Behaviour and more.
