End Gaza Genocide Protest – Saturday, 13th January at 1pm, Garden of Remembrance
Thursday 11 January 2024Mandate Trade Union is supporting the “End Gaza Genocide” protest being held this Saturday, 13th January 2024 at 1pm at the Garden of Remembrance.
Mandate Head Office, O’Lehane House, 9 Cavendish Row, Dublin 1 will be open for members to assemble from 12 noon.
More than 23,000 people have been killed in Palestine since October 7th 2023.
70% of those who have been killed are women and children including 10,000 infants or children.
More than 7,000 Palestinians are also missing, presumed dead under the rubble.
Over 1.9 million people have been displaced.
It is estimated that between 24,000 and 25,000 children in the Gaza Strip have lost one or both parents, and approximately 640,000 have had their homes destroyed or damaged, leaving them without a place to live.
Please show your support this Saturday and support the basic human rights of Palestinians.
