MANDATE AWAITING LEGAL ADVICE ON DEBENHAMS ADJUDICATION
Tuesday 16 May 2023Mandate Trade Union is awaiting legal advice on the Workplace Relations Commission’s (WRC) adjudication on an application for improved redundancy terms.
The terms of the adjudication (Debenahams ADJ-00038906 – ADJ-00041248) were received by the union in the post this morning (Tuesday, 16 May) and the union has informed the former Debenhams workers about them.
