Education opportunity for Mandate shop stewards

Mandate Trade Union has a number of spaces available on the new Advanced Senior Representative Course commencing Monday, 11 November 2013.

The course is geared towards Shop Stewards who have not availed of training in the recent past and is focused on trade union and social justice issues.

This is a three day course and will give participants a greater understanding of:

• Collective bargaining;
• Effective representation;
• Conflict resolution;
• Effective communications;
• Organising and campaigning;
• Connecting with communities;
