Mandate and Marks & Spencer to re-engage on issue of redundancies

In an attempt to resolve matters still in dispute following Marks & Spencer’s decision to close four stores, Mandate Trade Union and management have agreed to re-engage at local level in relation to the terms & conditions for workers in the four stores.

Members will be kept updated as to ongoing developments.
