Mandate Trade Union has today confirmed that 80% of their members in Marks & Spencer have voted in favour of the proposed pay deal secured by the union. The pay agreement – which arose from direct bargaining between Marks & Spencer management and its unions – will mean that 3,000 Marks & Spencer staff will receive a 2.5% pay increase from April 2012.
