PAY INCREASES

Mandate Trade Union has served a number of successful pay claims on employers in the Retail Sector since the beginning of 2012.

To date Marks and Spencer workers represented by the Union have enjoyed an increase in their hourly rate of 2.5% since April 2012.

In a recent nationwide  ballot of our Members in Tesco Mandate members voted to accept a 2% pay increase commencing in January 2013.

Mandate is currently negotiating with a number of other employers in the sector in an effort to secure similar pay increases for our members during increasingly difficult times.
