All the Best to Galway 2020

Each year since 1985 the European Union designates one or more cities as a European Capital of Culture. Chosen cities and their regions are expected to present an innovative year-long cultural programme that highlights the richness and diversity of cultures in Europe. Galway has been successful in the shortlist.
We support the bid for Galway, recognising the benefits that achieving the designation can bring to the city and wider region. The tireless work that the Galway 2020 team have done over recent times is to be commended and hope that the we are successful as the final stages of the process approach.
