Re: Mandate Biennial Delegate Conference 17th & 18th April 2016.
Dear Members,
Please be advised that in accordance with rule 5.2 of the union constitution all motions and proposed alteration to rules must be submitted to reach the office of the General Secretary no later than 15 weeks before the opening of the Biennial Delegate Conference which takes place in The Clayton Hotel Co. Galway on the 17th and 18th April 2016.
The times/dates of the next Local Council meetings will be communicated over the coming weeks.
All members who wish to submit any motions or proposed alterations to rules are advised to consider preparing same well in advance of the 3rd of January deadline to ensure that they are properly submitted to the office of the General Secretary in accordance with the relevant rule.
