All members of Mandate Trade Union are welcome to participate in the evening Communication and Personal Development course.
Course Content:
The purpose of this course is to equip the learner with the relevant knowledge, skill and competence to communicate verbally and non-verbally in routine everyday tasks and in work-related tasks while under supervision.
Upon completion of the course and assignment; the participant will receive a QQI Qualification.
